Excellent hotel located in a good area adjacent to cafeteria that staff forget order, resturants & coffe shops and the restaurant outside. Excellent room in rain shower and with a lot of space. Fantastic staff, smooth check in. Main bar in the venue. The pool area is well-maintained too.

Unique location needless to say everything else was fantastic, easy to get anywhere. Not far from the beach-stylish ambiance, the restaurant and ballroom and the royal opera house.

I asked for standard queen room and it was upgraded and neat with balcony.

This hotel is modern, it offers delicious breakfasts in combination with affable staff. The services are friendly, including an excellent pool. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Royal Opera House Muscat. They have alcoholic beverages in the English bar. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

It's a pity but the shower had no pressure.

There's dust in some areas.

Neat and beautifully designed units with breakfast and superbly friendly staff. Variety of excellent options for meal. Fast check-in, great and beautiful location near to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants area in al Qurum, several other restaurants, sheesha cafes, and the beach and mosque and # qurm rock and muscat opera.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, nestled in a very nice clean building with a terrace restaurant. Good and perfect location as it is near to a mosque and an opera house. Near to the venue there are pubs and cafés.

Place was modern and luxurious, really enjoyed the stay.

The place was exceptionally clean and we loved standard king room. The food was nice and served in the restaurant. Booked wheelchair accessible room with balcony and comfortable beds and got it upon arrival.

Amazing location just off restaurants, the beach and the close by eating joints, and the Al Ghazal pub on the first evening, it's very central. Shati Al Qurum district definitely deserves exploring.

Got a savoury and extraordinary breakfast included in our rate. The rooms where large and newly decorated with coffee/tea making equipment, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board. The hotel was in a stunning and wonderful location short walk to restaurants and the beach and beautiful Muscat areas and coffee shops. We ate in the terrace restaurant nearby.

Views were very very bad.
